Please note that repeated bending back and forth will weaken the metal and eventually break it. Even a minor size adjustment should, therefore, only be performed once.
If the ring is mishandled and breaks at the back, it is not a valid complaint. 
We are, however, always ready to assist you with a repair through our goldsmith at your own cost.
