The made-to-order process
Each piece is developed through a considered process, where design, material and making are brought together in close relation to the wearer.
Depending on the type of piece, the process may involve direct selection, guided consultation or hands-on development in the studio.
SELECTING A PIECE
Pieces can be selected directly from the collection.
For those who prefer guidance, a consultation can support decisions around style, proportion, material and sizing, ensuring the piece sits naturally when worn and, where relevant, works alongside existing jewellery.
CONSULTATION
Consultations offer guidance in selecting and refining a piece from the collection.
During the session, we explore style, proportion, metal and stone preferences, as well as sizing and how the piece will sit when worn. We also consider how the piece works alongside existing jewellery, such as an engagement ring, ensuring a balanced and cohesive result.
Personalisation options, including engraving, fingerprints or the addition of stones, can be explored where relevant.
Consultations are held in Cornelia’s rooftop atelier in Södermalm, Stockholm, or digitally if preferred, and are offered in both Swedish and English.
PERSONALISATION
Personalisation allows each piece to be developed further in relation to the wearer.
Engraving is included in all rings, forming part of the piece through a choice of text or symbols.
For selected designs, additional options such as personal fingerprints or the addition of stones to the band can be developed, shaping the piece in a more individual way.
PERSONAL FINGERPRINTS
Personal fingerprints can be added to selected designs, forming a direct imprint in the surface of the piece.
The fingerprint is created during a dedicated appointment, following a completed order, where the imprint is shaped into the wax model before casting.
BESPOKE DESIGN
For those seeking something completely unique, we offer a full bespoke service. Each piece is developed from scratch — whether from an initial idea, a sketch or a personal reference.
The process unfolds through dedicated design consultations in close collaboration with Cornelia, shaping form, proportion and material in direct relation to the wearer.
Due to the nature of the process, timelines are extended and developed in relation to each project.
A limited number of bespoke projects are undertaken each season.
