Shipping, Order Tracking & Returns

Click and Collect appointments (pick-up) are available in our Stockholm studio.


We offer free shipping within Sweden on orders above 1500 SEK.

Within Europe we "send it green" with DHL to help increase the shift towards more climate friendly vehicles within the Swedish transport network. For every order sent DHL produces corresponding tonne-kilometers with climate friendly technology and/or renewable fuels. Ethanol, biogas and electricity are used to produce clean transport, they meet the criteria for fossil free fuels according to Fossilfritt Sverige (Fossil Free Sweden).

Orders are normally processed within 1-3 business days with the exception of holidays, special studio closures and sample sales.

Please note our studio operates on weekdays only and order pick-up is offered on Monday, Thursday and Friday 10:00 - 17:00 (10 AM to 5 PM).

Standard shipments are delivered 2-5 business days after the parcel has left our studio.

During the 14 days following the delivery of your order, you may request an exchange or refund of items. Shipping charges on returned merchandise (including returns for exchange) are at the customer’s expense. If you want us to provide a return label, we will email you a return shipping label after a return has been approved in our returns center. For returns within Sweden 85 SEK (Swedish Krona) will be deducted from your refund. For International returns within the European Union 275 SEK will be deducted from your refund. For International returns outside the EU 375 SEK will be deducted from your refund.

Cornelia Webb will not charge additional shipping on exchanges when sending the replacement jewellery back to you.

Refunds for returned merchandise will be made within two weeks of the return of the product and us receiving it. Returns will only be accepted if the product is in original condition and with its packaging. Please note that additional duties and/or taxes will not be refunded. Neither will shipping costs. For countries within the EU, VAT will be included in the refund. We are not able to refund any items before we receive them back.

The customer is responsible for the shipping of returned items back to Cornelia Webb. Items lost in transportation will not be compensated for. Faulty items will be exchanged to the same type of product, subject to availability. Refunds for faulty items can be made within the 14-day period following delivery. All items purchased on sale are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
Wear and tear, and mishandling of an item will not be considered for reclamation. Please read through the information Jewellery Care, available on every product online.

Orders to countries outside the EU may be subject to VAT, import duties and/or taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. Cornelia Webb ships your package according to Incoterm Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU). This means that we do not collect VAT, duties and/or taxes on orders to countries outside the EU and we cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If you do incur any such additional charges they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

Uncollected items

Shipping costs will not be refunded for uncollected items.


You can pay with Paypal, credit/debit card or Klarna invoice. Payments will be charged in Swedish Krona (SEK).
