Shipping, Order Tracking & Returns
During these unprecedented times, we are doing our best to operate as smoothly as possible while keeping our team and community safe.
Our team is working from home and we are only in studio at limited capacity to ship out your orders. Please note that there is the potential of delays with DHL service in your area.
Click and Collect appointments are not available due to studio closure to the public at the moment with the exception to special holiday hours.

We offer free worldwide shipping for orders over 1000kr.
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days with the exception of holidays and special studio closures (which you will be notified about before order placement or please check 'The studio' for studio closures).
Standard shipments are delivered 3-5 business days after the parcel has left our studio.

During the 14 days following the delivery of your order, you may request an exchange or refund of items. Shipping charges on returned merchandise (including returns for exchange) are at the customer’s expense. Cornelia Webb will not charge additional shipping on exchanges when sending the replacement jewellery back to you.
Refunds for returned merchandise will be made within two weeks of the return of the product and us receiving it. Returns will only be accepted if the product is in original condition and with its packaging. Please note that additional duties and/or taxes will not be refunded. Neither will shipping costs. For countries within the EU, VAT will be included in the refund. We are not able to refund any items before we receive them back.

Orders to countries outside the EU may be subject to VAT, import duties and/or taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. Cornelia Webb ships your package according to Incoterm Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU). This means that we do not collect VAT, duties and/or taxes on orders to countries outside the EU and we cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If you do incur any such additional charges they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs. Please contact your local customs office for more information.
Shipping costs will not be refunded for uncollected items.
You can pay with Paypal, credit/debit card or Klarna invoice. Payments will be charged in Swedish Kronor.
