Returns & Exchanges

Items purchased on are eligible for return within 14 days of delivery.  All items must be unworn in their original condition, with all original packaging intact to be eligible for return.
To make your online order return or exchange of a faulty item, begin by requesting a Return Authorization HERE
Please note:
  • The return cost is at the customers expense. We will email you a return shipping label after a return has been approved. For returns within Sweden 85kr will be deducted from your refund. For international returns 150kr will be deducted from your refund.
  • If you wish to exchange your item(s), please follow request a return for the item(s) and place a new order on our online store.
  • Re-use and securely seal the return item in the original packaging.
  • Items lost in transportation will not be compensated for.
  • You return will be refunded once received and checked at our warehouse.
  • The refund will be issued back to the original payment method minus return label cost.
  • Please note that customs fees are not included when ordering from outside of EU. 

Reclamations & Repairs

If your item is faulty or damaged after the 14 day returns window, you may still be eligible for a repair or replacement. To request a reclamation/repair please begin by requesting a Return Authorization HERE

Please note:

  • Images of the whole product and the faulty portion of the item are required
  • Items with signs of wear and tear are not eligible for a reclamation/repair. This includes broken chains or depleted plating. 
  • A return label will be provided if your return request has been approved. Cost of the return label is dependant on the claim. 
  • All reclamation/repair claims are treated on a case to case basis. 
  • An order number is required to request a return.
