Returns & exchanges

During 14 days following the delivery of your order, you may request exchange or refund of items, which you must return to us in perfect condition and accompanied by the original packing list.

Shipping charges on returned merchandise are at the customer's expense. Cornelia Webb will not charge additional shipping on exchanges. 

Refunds for returned merchandise will be made within two weeks of the return of the product. Returns will only be accepted if the product is in original condition and with its packaging.

You are responsible for the shipping of returned items back to Cornelia Webb. Items lost in transportation will not be compensated for. Shipping charges on returned merchandise are at the customer's expense. Note that additional duties and/or taxes will not be refunded. Neither will shipping costs. For countries within the EU, VAT will be included in the refund.

All exchanges are subject to availability.

Faulty items will be exchanged for the same type of product, subject to availability. Refunds for faulty items can be made within the 14-day period following delivery.

Exchanges and returns can only be made as described Cornelia Webb instructions.

How to proceed with an exchange?

If you wish to exchange your product, send us a mail to info@corneliawebb.com with your order number, what you wish to send back and what you would like to exchange it for. Send your piece back in its original package with the delivery note and we will exchange it as soon as the package returns to us. If you feel insecure about how to proceed and want to speak to us you can call  +46 8 400 581 81, Monday-Friday from 09:00 to 18:00 (9am-6pm) (CET).

Shipping

Once your order has been placed; it will be fulfilled within 3 business days at our distribution center in Stockholm, Sweden. Shipping takes between 1 to 6 days depending on where in the world you are located (subject to card clearance and stock availability).

We operate Monday to Friday and not on Swedish public holidays. 

Collecting orders within Sweden

Swedish orders are delivered with the Swedish postal service or UPS but if you are located in Stockholm you’re very welcome to pick up your order at the studio.

When choosing the Swedish postal service as the delivery method it will be sent to you as a “rekomenderat” package, this means that you will get a note in your mailbox when the package is ready for pick up at your local postal center. Remember that the postal center demands valid identification that corresponds with the name on the package. These orders will receive a local tracking number when they reach your borders and then be traceable by the local postal service.

When choosing UPS as the delivery method, please note that the goods cannot be left to you without a signature and that the courier usually operate between 08.00-18.00 (8am-6pm) business days. You can specify an alternate daytime delivery address when ordering, for example, your work address (recommended).

Collecting international orders (delivery outside of Sweden)

International orders are in general delivered with UPS.

When choosing UPS as the delivery method, please note that the goods cannot be left to you without a signature and that the courier usually operate between 08.00-18.00 (8am-6pm) business days. You can specify an alternate daytime delivery address when ordering, for example, your work address (recommended).

When your order leaves the studio you will receive an email from UPS with your tracking number and shipping information. You will then be able to track your shipment from www.UPS.com.

Due to courier restrictions and the risk of credit card fraud we cannot deliver to PO Boxes. 

Extra duties and charges

Orders to countries outside the EU may be subject to VAT, import duties and/or taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. Cornelia Webb ships your package according to Incoterm Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU). This means that we do not collect VAT, duties and/or taxes on orders to countries outside the EU and we cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If you do incur any such additional charges they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

Please note that local charges (sales tax, customs duty) may occur, depending on your region and local customs duties. These charges are at the customers’ own expense.

Uncollected items

Shipping costs will not be refunded for uncollected items.

Payments

You can pay with Paypal, credit card or Klarna invoice.

If your country is part of the European Union (EU), prices include Swedish VAT at 25%.
