Delivery & Returns

During the 14 days following the delivery of your order, you may request an exchange or refund of items. Shipping charges on returned merchandise are at the customer’s expense. Cornelia Webb will not charge additional shipping on exchanges.

Refunds for returned merchandise will be made within two weeks of the return of the product. Returns will only be accepted if the product is in original condition and with its packaging. A Return Authorisation will be issued that must also accompany the package. Please note that additional duties and/or taxes will not be refunded. Neither will shipping costs. For countries within the EU, VAT will be included in the refund.

The customer is responsible for the shipping of returned items back to Cornelia Webb. Items lost in transportation will not be compensated for. Faulty items will be exchanged to the same type of product, subject to availability. Refunds for faulty items can be made within the 14- day period following delivery. All items purchased on sale are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

 

How to proceed with a faulty item? If you wish to submit a reclamation for a faulty item, send us an email to reclamations@corneliawebb.com with your order number, the issue with the item and a picture indicating the issue. Please wait for our response and approval before sending your piece back in its original packaging with the delivery note & return authorization and we will resolve the issue as soon as the package returns to us. It is important that you send an email with the tracking number of the package. Wear and tear, and mishandling of an item will not be considered for reclamation.

If you wish to exchange your product send us an email to help@corneliawebb.com with your order number, what you wish to send back and what you would like to exchange it for. Please wait for our response and approval before sending your piece back in its original package with the delivery note & return authorization and we will exchange it as soon as the package returns to us. It is important that you send an email with the tracking number of the package.

Extra duties and charges

Orders to countries outside the EU may be subject to VAT, import duties and/or taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. Cornelia Webb ships your package according to Incoterm Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU). This means that we do not collect VAT, duties and/or taxes on orders to countries outside the EU and we cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If you do incur any such additional charges they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

Uncollected items

Shipping costs will not be refunded for uncollected items.
